How to autocreate/schedule new content for posting on static html sites!

Hi.

Do anyone know of a good solution to autocreating new webpages on static html sites using your own file based content?

I have all the content in seperate files in a folder. Each files contains all the content for a new page (Title, Description, and the main text itself).

I am basically looking for the same functionality as in WordPress blog's post scheduler.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for but PHP has several functions for doing file input and output. You could have someone build you a script that pulls content from a file and dynamically generates an HTML page from it. All you would need to do is add or change the existing files, if they did it right.

Not sure but there is a .html plugin for pages now, so I would be looking at putting the site into wordpress and using the plugin to convert the PAGES (not posts) to have a .html / .htm extension.

I think the plugin is simply called .html pages (you can edit the plugin to have what ever extension you like.
