internet marketing .. en français ?

i apologize in advance for english readers . this topic is about french internet marketers ... ( by the way, i don't know if there are french marketers here but vita vee )

je suis un nouvel inscrit sur le forum de vita vee et beaucoup de gens pensent le plus grand bien de son travail.

je constate que nous sommes obligés de parler anglais car il faut parler anglais sur internet pour accéder au marché mondial et la plupart des sites et produits sur l'internet marketing sont en anglais

il est donc normal que vita vee s'adresse à des lecteurs parlant anglais.


voici mes 2 questions:

1) pensez vous qu'il y a un marché sur internet en français assez interessant pour prendre la peine d'y travailler ?

2) existe t'il des produits sur le marketing sur internet en français dont la qualité serait proche des produits en anglais ?

Google translate is a wonderful thing. I love playing with that thing. And sorry but please excuse my bad French.

There are a few other French speakers here. But yes, the forum is done in English. The majority of people who spend money online are English speakers so that's who we want to concentrate on marketing to.

These are very good questions for Vita and I will of course let him answer. But briefly,

1) I believe Vita has said that there is little opportunity for marketing in French. But, I believe he has also said that the market for local businesses adverstising on the internet is wide open. Meaning you could approach business and offer to promote them online for such terms as "coffee shops Paris"

2) I don't know the answer to that but I doubt it. You could always use Google translator.

As I said, Vita will offer better insight into the questions that I am able to do. He is very busy these days so maybe I've been able to help you a little until he gets back.

it seems like french language is not very common here

since i am not able yet to speak english fluently, i consider looking for

opportunities on french niches in order to start an online business

of course, i am still learning this internet business stuff this year

it is possible to succeed in french niches because i know a guy who run a successful dating advices business online for french men

i consider looking for information business online too.

living in the UK allows you to master the english language and this is an adavantage.

i consider being an internet entrepreneur in the future . maybe in 2 or 3 years, after i have studied enough of stuff.

in order to do that, i study american gurus like eben pagan. his work is great.


we have to discover opportunities in online french niches and know how to dominate this niches

for example: sebastien night is a french dating coach who run an french online business based on the stuff he learned at eben pagan's live summit.

I am still learning myself, definitely sees being full time in the near future...I do have a lot on my plate with English based projects ...However...I did register http://www.parlechinois.com ages ago but I have done nothing with it.

No 2 in google for term parle chinois...nothing on website yet

I think, so yea, but these niches will be necessarily limited...
As they aren't oriented International you're gonna get less traffic... taff job
which means you'll need more time before seeing good income, that's my point of view.

However, if you do not feel very confortable with the english usage so far, you'd rather start with marketing which takes place in France.
I'm in the same case as you dude, keep asking me which one I'm gonna pick at first... will see...
It's more wise working with a native language even just to look more professional when you submit or explain something to someone else.

Feel free to use english products they seems more valuable and usefull than french corrupted ones(most of them are just crappy clone version)


Like others I can't give you a real anwser to your second question as i didn't find any

I've stumbled across a few french keywords now and then that have killer global monthly searches in google, and next to nothing competition. It's those moments that I wish I could speak french...
