Hi,

It's much better to have a backlink on a high page rank page. But having a backlink on an inner page of a high page rank domain is much better than any link on a site which has no page rank.

The trouble is that it's very difficult to get a ton of backlinks on high pr pages. While it's very easy to get backlinks on inner pages of domains that have high page rank. These are still very quality backlinks, and they WILL pass page rank. Meaning if you get a lot of these, then on Google's next page rank update, you will very likely see your url with page rank of 2, 3 or even higher.

there are so many thing could do to increase your rank. just like backlink, article submission, etc. but high quality backlink ..

Yes this is a matter of time. As you place more and more relevant content with more sites linking back to your site then google will reward you with more authority by giving your a higher page rank.

Simply keep doing what you are doing and you will see your PR climb.

I also agree with Jack.If you want increase your site rank then your all submission such as articles, Blogs, forums,social bookmarking all are submit in high PR domains.
