flexsqueeze vs headway?
Hello, I have headway but im having some trouble with it because headspace 2 doesnt alter the title page in the way that is correct. I was wondering if flexibility theme is sufficient? I dont have the cash anymore for flexsqueeze I already got senuke, MAN, and USA. A huge investment for me so far

RE: flexsqueeze vs headway?
You don't need to have any particular theme to be successful with the Zero to Profits method. Any free theme will do.
If headspace isn't working for you, then you might want to try All in One SEO. If it still isn't working, then you might want to try changing your theme as some themes don't really work for changing the titles... Be extremely subtle, even to the point of formlessness. Another plugin to consider is Platinum SEO. Does the same as the others but it may be more compatible.

RE: flexsqueeze vs headway?
Hi mudbutt,
You didn't say the plugin doesn't work but it simply doesn't display the way that you want it, right? If I remember correctly this is also the case with flexibility/flexsqueeze themes as well. If you already have the theme set up it just might be easier to go in and do a simple edit on the themes header.php files, to make it work. If your not sure how to edit it I can help you with that. RE: flexsqueeze vs headway?
I need some help. I love headway as a theme so im going to try to solve it. This is the header.php <title> code...
<title> <?php headway_title(); ?> </title> <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="<?php bloginfo('html_type') ?>; charset=<?php bloginfo('charset') ?>" /> Inside the theme there is a configuration for SEO options and under the option for "Page Title" these are the only options * %page% - Will return the title of the current page you are on. * %blogname% - * %tagline% - The only problem the plugin is having is it wont change the Page Title. The Site Name and Descriptions are changed, but the page title just stays as Post Name. Can you lend some insights into this problem? Thanks!! |
