can't access FAQ/PDF

Just received the email below, but can't access it , access denied, not sure why , can anyone help?

Are you a member of the USA's? You have to have the subscription to get into the forum. I do not remember the process Vita used, but I think you should have gotten an email at some point with the code to enter to get access to that forum.

Yes. You have to have a subscription to USAs, and you have to post at least one comment to a forum (which is what I am doing now so I can access the pdf).

Got it ...It's all good, can't believe I have been missing out on that forum, I am just about to launch a massive campaign with the USA of the last two months

I have spun them all and they are ready to be distributed...I'll take some time to read the entire USA forum as well as the PDF before launch to make sure I am not missing any tricks.
