Not sure if this is relavent - I was using a similar tool and my site is in word press and i get exactly the same results as above when I am logged into http://www.mysite.com/wp-admin - log out int to the site and it works normally - just a thought

I just installed website indexer and got an error message - backlink failed no site title - for a majority of the tries, but on some of them the site title was listed correctly.

I just installed this 'awesome' tool and run it for my site on 10 March 2011. You all know what? at 11 March 2011 (a day later).. my website were No #1 in google ranking ( which before this have ranking No #30++).
