Can money be made with amazon affiliate program?

I am thinking to start and build a series of websites based on products on amazon.

Whenever i search for products through google, I do not see any affiliate site, they are all mega product or ecommerce sites - so my question is-

Can people really make money with the amazon affiliate program?

Hi gabu,

Yes, although there are lot of big sites ranking they are not optimized for the exact product keyword so 9 times out of 10 it is quite easy to outrank them.

The best way to check is to use tools such as Market Samurai or backlinkwatch.com to see how many backlinks they have.

Jack is right. We both got access to that course and it is great for not just promoting amazon , but also physical products in general.

I haven't tried it myself. But I have looked through it and found his methods quite sound. And if you apply some methods that you can learn here, you can really do well.

Deadbeat super-affiliate is what I am following now - I think I followed Partain Sr's link (so there you go, buddy!). It has certainly educated me a lot as I am a noob to this whole thing. While the pretense behind it is that Dan does hardly any work in a day (deadbeat) and manages to make loads of money, my feeling is that he does a lot more than he lets on! But still, I like it and recommend it... in fact I'm glad to be an affiliate with it so far - here's my link!

I wonder if Dan Brockman is related to Kent...

Yes, DSA is a good course and I do recommend it. And yes, I believe he does do a lot more work than next to nothing. Especially for new people. They will have to figure out a lot of things that experienced people take for granted. Still, if you want to put in the work you can make money with the system.

His name is actually Dan Brock. I don't know who Kent Brockman is.

I have not used amazonian, but I think Dans course is probably as good as any other amazon course out there.

I am working through it at the minute as I want to expand properly into Amazon and get some nice monthly commissions.

You have to be creative to find keywords with no competition from authority sites. Market samurai is best for keyword research.
