I don't know what to tell you, Its a password manager plain and simple... and it's free!
Once configured it stores and allows you to log into hundreds of accounts with a simple mouse click. In fact once configured correctly you can log into a whole group of sites with 1 mouse click.

It's only as good as the information you input.

If your looking for a password manager it's the best option available.
No piece of software can substitute as your business manager...

oh i see .. coz the affiliate organizer can do more than that, like storing your hostgator details e.g. nameservers, login, password, email, etc .. as well as other details like affiliate accounts, etc. Guess I need both though

I would like to ask savvy online veterans: what system do you use? the desktop installed or on web ? what about RoboForm? any other suggestion?

I use and recommend Handy Password, it's my favorite password management software.

Anyways, after I've started this thread I tested several solutions and finaly decided to go with nether RoboForm nor LastPass, but with...

KeePass

- it is free
- it is portable (you use it from your USB device)
- it has passed serious security audits
- I can use it inside organizations that close LastPass access on their firewalls
- it has plenty of features and addons, so can be adjustable

the only "but" is that I have to have my USB device with me. Of course, it has backup service, but I really try not to store my passwords on somebody else servers. Not for free service at least...

I have tried Last Pass and it looks pretty cool. I might stick with it if I dont find any problems.

I never heard about last pass but roboform has everything you will need for storing passwords that I can say for sure.
