Fiverr clone script - any experience?
Hi,
Has anyone used a fiverr clone script for any of your websites? There are a lot of fiverr clone scripts available, so want to know if any one has experience with any such script. RE: Fiverr clone script - any experience?
There are a couple of scripts out there now that you could check out. You can get FiverrScript by scriptolution for $99. Biverr and Hiverr are also options, along with other phpvalley's job script. Agriya has one too, but I think they work on more of a fee basis, where they work with you to develop your own site. Make sure you check out the Demo version and go through the front and back end before you buy!
My opinion? Go for Fiverrscript, I'm currently running with them and their support is very helpful. The script also runs pretty much out of the box. All you need is to set up database and link to it. Hope that helps! ------------------- Gigs For Gurus Fiverr for Internet Marketers |

I'm very curious as to what this is and how it can benefit internet marketers?

RE: Fiverr clone script - any experience?
Hi,
Look up the site fiverr.com. It is a site where people do various things for $5. Since it is quite popular, there are a lot of sites which have cloned fiverr eg: zeerk.com, gigsta.com, etc. To support such a site there are readymade scripts developed and sold by various software development companies, which will do all the functionality like fiverr.com. So you do not have to worry about the website design/implementation. The main job is to attract buyers and sellers to this website. RE: Fiverr clone script - any experience?
Since Fiverr is basically just a marketplace for buying and selling, how would you monetize the site?
Or their monetization based on simply putting up ads? Be extremely subtle, even to the point of formlessness. Be extremely mysterious, even to the point of soundlessness. RE: Fiverr clone script - any experience?
Hi,
It works as below - 1) you own and run a website like fiverr 2) sellers advertise their skills using fiverr as the platform 3) buyer places the order - he pays the money to paypal account of the website 4) seller completes the job and handsover the job to the buyer 5) fiverr takes a charge of $1 6) seller gets paid $4 So fiverr gets $1 per completed order. Then there are some more details - in which different websites (fiverr clones) have their own rules - eg: seller cannot take out the money before 14 days, or you can take out money only after the value reaches $8 or some thing like that. If you go to fiverr.com there is a button called "how it works" This will give a good idea about that site.
