Can You Get Google To Unban Your Website?

With the recent Google dance, i am seeing alot of webmasters are complaining that they have lost their website in the Google index.

Such problem can happen to anyone of us because the Algo of Google is forever changing. Therefore I am wondeing, if such unfortunate thing were to happen, is there a way to get Google to reindex the site again?

google dance and being deindexed are completely 2 different things... your site can be experiencing google dance and yet still be indexed

Google usually doesnt deindex a site unless you have done something REALLY REALLY bad..

Thanks for sharing the differences.

First, my site is not deindexed.. am reading alot of websites being deindexed.

So wondered if it is possible to get indexed again?

I actually got a website of mine deindexed long back when I was a noob. I kept posting links on wikipedia even though wiki mod kept deleting them. I did this about 3 times, soon I was in the wikipedia blast list. G does value their blacklist apparently and promptly deindexed me.

I then apologized to the wiki mods and got the website removed from blackist. I then sent a reconsideration request to Google explaining them the situation with links as proof. I got my website indexed. I got lucky I guess.
