Looking For Someone With TALENT to JV with me in very liucrative niche

Hey,

I know I am new here (at least to posting) new as I got senuke x via vita's bonus... but I am very serious and do know my game, been at things to get through the newbie mistake years and have been a proven affiliate earner for a couple years now.....

here's the situation:


I realized about a year before serious competition came onto the scene that a particular physical product niche was going to be hot... and indeed it has been VERY as more marketers have started to realize it and are starting to produce some major comparison reviews sites etc.

I was lucky enough to spot the potential (and just had really smartened to good keyword research with market samurai and the value of exact match TLDs)...

I have about 250 domains, many I was able to buy early knowing I couldn't use them yet but that they were going to be snapped up - and it is VERY hard to get the good ones now as I expected in this niche.

I have $600 a month worth of seo hosting (2 VPS at dif seo hosting companies and one high end reseller at seohosting.com) to put every one of those domains on their own unique c-class IP (I currently have 250 dif. IPs with 3 different seo hosting companies)... many of my domains are set up and some have aged with content... most are not monetized adequately yet. Many are dormant when they don't need to be.

I also have LOADs of both hyper spun content, hundreds of unpublished original articles and rewrites and bulletproof plans for a lot of different domains and marketing methods I know work, the key problem is there is just one me and I can only get so much done myself (even with many freelancers and the best tools).

I am in a position to dominate this niche building blog networks (I am a beta tester with autoblogger.org and wpcontroller.com which are both awesome tools in the making - which will make a lot of that side of things way easier)... but the competition is growing and I am in a race against time.

It is the MANY great money sites that need quality and attention to build - mostly WP and I have every good theme from worpress product review theme, to catalyst, ithemes builder, loads of awesome themeforest themes, genesis framework and PageLines...

Like I say I have the domains, the hosting, the expertise in the niche (its something I know inside and out) and exactly how to monetize things with a very very high upper limit in potential earning - def in the many hundreds of thousands a year.

I am potentially looking for someone with REAL SKILLS - who can execute my rock solid plans in putting together wordpress money sites, potentially help with the promo via senuke/magic submitter/article marketing robot, traffic geyser, xrumer - I know my stuff and have access to every tool around..... I have xrumer (legal copy) on a european windows VPS, where other tools can be installed too with fast bandwidth, I have private proxies, I have a mob boss account at blackhatscene VPS... all of which of course would be at our mutual disposal for this.

I can't work fast enough myself, and am looking for another me or someone with complementary skills and possibly resources of your own you could bring to the table. Mostly someone who knows IM, knows SEO/SEM, and is good with wordpress.

So I want someone who can bring value to the table and help take on some of the key sites I have plans for, as well as loads of content sitting on my hard drive (and contribute your own ideas too) for the main reason that by getting these sites up and done the right way with someone who isn't a newbie and can bring a good deal of skills to the table.... I can get this whole thing moving ahead faster and leave less money on the table as is happening right now.

I realize I am not revealing the niche and I won't to just anyone, only once I have established trust and genuine interest from one possible JV partner.

What I am willing to do in terms of sharing of earning is negotiable, but would entail as I see it setting up 2nd affiliate accounts with all the companies in the niche that are seriously good opportunities (about 15 or so).... many I have direct personal relationships with now, so it will be easy to get that done even in places where they don't normally allow for 2 affiliate accounts....

The new accounts will be used on each site or project where you take either my plans or your own using my hosting and domains etc... and the earnings from the accounts promoted on those sites will be split 50/50

I am looking for a serious commitment from someone who is looking for a great opportunity here... I'm not kidding around or blowing smoke, this niche is HOT and will get hotter every day...

Thanks and I really hope to hear from someone soon who is up for this - if you really are up for this there is serious money to be made, that I guarantee without a shadow of a doubt (you will know I am right if we get to a point where I am comfortable talking about the niche and showing you what's happening in it daily... and send you earnings numbers of my own from one company over the last year). It will be obvious so you will go into this knowing you'll make money and the domains and expertise and thought through plans I have give an incredible competitive edge - with a good partner I feel a substantial domination of a good segment of this niche is still possible....

Lets just say the market is massive, conversions are easy, product sells itself, commissions from some companies are giant for a physical product (from 10%-35% PLUS there is recurring earnings).
