Helpful plugin if you are moving to a new SEO plugin or a new theme

Hi,

I moved my wordpress seo plugin to another one.
I found the below plugin useful for this movement as it allows the option of importing data from the old plugin to the new one. It also supports importing data to a new platform/theme. Please check the support options before using it.

It will become handy if you have a lot of seo data to move.
