Hi,

I would go with either MyArticleNetwork, ArticleRanks, or Authority Link Network before I would go with either of those. If I had to choose between those two I would take UAW. SEOLinkVine is a very good network, it probably has more blogs than all the rest. But it has two main disadvantages. One, the publish rate, although better than it used to be, is still very slow compared to the rest. And two, you are now limited to submitting only 10 articles a day.
