How they find my blog
Hi
Awhile back, i setup an Article Directory using Wordpress for Forex niche and only made a post on the home page inviting people to make their post and it will be auto publish. Without my knowledge, it had more than 8,000 registered users and people are using my blog for spamming with all sort of articles NOT pertaining to my Fores niche. I only realised when Google email about my Adsense account is being suspended! ![]() Totally freakout and accidentally deleted all the posts in my another blog and had to get support to restore. My question is, how did these people find my blog since I did not make any promotion. This is my blog, http://www.forextradingeducation.biz and I have since deleted all the posts. |

RE: How they find my blog
Wow, maybe someone found it and then shared it with a bunch of people like on a black hat forum or something.
Were you making some money from adsense from the site? What reason did Google give for suspending it? (if any) Ultra Spinnable Articles | SEONuking | Commission Vantage | Rip Curl Commissions | Affiloblueprint |

RE: How they find my blog
Hi Jack
8,000 signed up. Am sure they might have used a search query like what we were taught in F0TP on Amazon to look for such blogs. Actually this is a very powerful technique to find blog to submit articles. I am still trying my luck as well. Maybe search for "Anyone can register" site:.biz" ??? Can't remember what was the violation. Once home, i will retreive the email and share with everybody. |

RE: How they find my blog
Hi Jack
This is the email from Google about the violation: Hello, During a recent review of your account we found that you are currently displaying Google ads in a manner that is not compliant with our program policies (https://www.google.com/support/adsense/b...e-1pp-en). -------------------------------------------------- EXAMPLE PAGE: http://www.forextradingeducation.biz/wat...7-online-c Please note that this URL is an example and that the same violations may exist on other pages of this website or other sites in your network. VIOLATION(S) FOUND: It is important for a site displaying AdSense to offer significant value to the user by providing unique and relevant content, and not to place ads on auto-generated pages or pages with little to no original content. Your site should also provide a good user experience through clear navigation and organization. Users should be able to easily click through your pages and find the information they are seeking. Please review Google's Webmaster Quality Guidelines ( http://www.google.com/support/webmasters...69#quality ) for more information. ACTION TAKEN: We have disabled ad serving to your site. ACCOUNT STATUS: ACTIVE Your AdSense account remains active. However, please note that our team reserves the right to disable your account at any time. As such, we encourage you to become familiar with our program policies and monitor your network accordingly. |

RE: How they find my blog
Auto accept sites are always a heaven for spammers and they can be easily found using custom footprints. And regarding adsense, some advertiser might have complained about your site's content and hence they suspended your account. An easy method for restoring (if lucky) / getting new adsense account is flixya.com

Yes Ding0
Do you know what is the footprint look like for such blog? I don't mind searching for such blogs and used it as a normal article directory and NOT spam it. |

RE: How they find my blog
Looks like they didn't suspend your account after all, just a warning it seems. Consider yourself very lucky. I'm surprised they gave you a warning to be honest.

They are a really good example of why I removed the blogging functionality from my UGC site - they are infested with the Chinese spammers flogging fake stuff and they use Reduxmedia instead of Google Adsense. |

RE: How they find my blog
There are spamming software programs out there that people use to self-promote. My advice would be to check your settings on your control panel - you can adjust it so that you only accept comments after you have viewed and approve them.
