New Product Need Help

I need some help to launch a new product.
I had a software developped. This software is for web entrepreneur (IMNiche), the idea came from a Rich Schefren Seminar.
I was watching the "Live at Early To Rise 2010 Bootcamp" when the program idea came to my mind.

Now the program's ready and I need a sales letter.
I don't have a lot of money, so I can't afford an expensive one, but I'm ok to give a percentage on the sales.
I also need to make some JVs.

I'd like to know if there's someone used to launch products who would be ok to help me because I've never done that before.

I'm willing to put my product ion Clickbank.
