Hi guys,

I am thinking of adding press releases to my link building arsenal and I think I remember Vita saying he used them to rank for "make money online".

If I remember rightly can you submit the same article to press release sites without spinning?

Also, does anybody have any opinions on how many times you should submit press releases promoting a single post?

Hey Rob

You can submit them without spinning and you'll get good results (if you use very good PR sites) but you'll get even better results (seo wise) if all your publications are unique.

I have written just 4 PR and submitted them to PR directories and have gotten to the 2nd and 3rd pages of google just from those alone. After doing more SEO I achieved better rankings. Just my personal results, they were extremely uncompetitive keywords - im sure that helps.
