Main Site Indexed, But Posts Url not Indexed
Hi all,
Just want to get some advices from your guys, i have my site up and running about a week ago, the main site is indexed when I search "domainname.com", but somehow all the other posts url can't seem to get indexed. I have my domain/feed on feedage.com, I have put the posts url on social booking site already. Any advice? Thanks! |

RE: Main Site Indexed, But Posts Url not Indexed
Hi Swong,
Instead of searching for "domainname.com" search "site:domainname.com". These are different searches for example "vitavee.com" "only" gives 29,500 search results while "site:vitavee.com" gives 223,000. If this way still none of your posts show up you need to build some backlinks from high pr domains or even better high pr pages. Don't build them too much though. If you don't want to wait for Google to naturally index your posts then having your site submitted only to one rss aggregator and one social bookmarking site is probably too little. |

Thanks for the advice, I used your suggested method, actually one other post is indexed now.
So its ok to start building backlinks before the site is indexed? roughly what would you suggest on the workloads in order not to be building too much? Thanks again! |

Feedage is one of the best rss sites. My best guess would be that most of your posts will be indexed very soon. And given how new your site is, it sounds like your doing great.
Unless you build bunches of links to each post, it can take a couple of weeks for Google to index all of them. No worries, just go ahead with your link building, as long as it's nothing too crazy. ![]() Good luck Time is Money...Author Unknown |

As long as your main index page is indexed, you dont have to worry about anything. Your post ages will get indexed automatically given you do post frequently and give spiders something to look for.

RE: Main Site Indexed, But Posts Url not Indexed
It's only been a week...you gotta be patient. Just make sure that the keywords you're targeting are low competition keywords. When people type in that keyword, your site may show up as on the first page with the low comp keywords. My advice is to not rely on the search engines for your primary traffic.
Readership comes after your site is getting a steady flow of traffic so you may want to look into gaining an audience first. This can be through social networks like Twitter or Facebook, or you can use the forums that allow you to post a link. I was banned from one forum for posting up too much content (non-spam content but PDFs from Scribd.com) too soon. I still get traffic from that forum every now and then...imagine if I wasn't banned. |

essentials2IM,
How do you get traffic from Facebook and Twitter? Do you develop a large list of friends (Facebook) and followers (Twitter) first? If so, how do you go about achieving that? Ultra Spinnable Articles | SEONuking | Commission Vantage | Rip Curl Commissions | Affiloblueprint |

By creating a buzz or buzzes Jack
![]() Check out this new rise of game streamers on twitch.tv Als their videos have over million views, countless FB/twitter friends and so on. They keep on creating a buzz in their community. In internet marketing the "easiest" way to do this is by showing everyone your big pay checks from Google adsense or Clickbank. :: internet marketing blog ::Tools I use: My brain! ![]() Thanks to Vita Vee I work now as a full time SEO project manager, so can you! |

I read somewhere before about building a sitemap could actually help in getting all of your pages indexed faster. You can give it a try.
