table height causing scroll

I have 3 table on top of one another. The first 2 have absolute heights due to some graphics they contain. The 3rd doesn't have a height; however, I would like this last table to fill the screen without causing scroll. Obviously I can't put 100% as the value for the height because that causes the table to fill the remainder of the screen, but it also causes vertical scroll. Any ideas on how to fill this space so the table reaches the bottom of the window without vertical scroll?
