Best Practice for Spun Content on High PR Blog Farm?

What's the best practice when using those VV's Minis or premium's? Do you just embed a random keyword at the start, middle (between sentences) or end of the article?

Or Do you add another sentence such as "visit keyword1 and keyword2 for more information" in between the paragraph?

Example below with keyword being "red ball":
