Hostgator Support getting Slower??
Has anyone else noticed hostgator technical support has got a lot slower , in terms of the live chat response, recently?
Dont get me wrong-there support is superb but sometimes you have to wait 5 or so minutes to get a chat response whereas before they instantly answered you.... must be getting impatient in my old age cheers |

Last time I've used them, it took them around 2minutes or less to answer each questions. In your case it might depend on your questions or they just might have been very busy.
