Which Syndication Services Accept Spinner Articles?

I am having some issues with some blog network services rejecting my articles because the links in my articles go to websites that do not relate to my articles content.

I wondered if anyone had a list of syndication/blog networks that accepted spinner articles with non related links in them?

What I normally do is create resource box at the end of my article something like this -

"About the author: Dan is a professional writer who regularly writes on this topic. He also writes for a number of other blogs. To check out his latest keyword 1 and keyword 2 blog please click here."

Some times the articles get approved, but more than often they are rejected. So if anyone can suggest ways to get my articles approved that would be great. The reason that I am using the Ultra Spinnable article service is for link building so I need to get my articles approved.
