Google Content Network
If I were to build a opt in squeeze page offering a free guide with a form on the right and a few bullet points that explain the benefits/features of the free ebook with no other content on the lp--will google accept this kind of landing page since google went on a massive slaps to most of the affiliates.

If not, how do i get around it?

Hi Ninjutsu,

I am not an Adwords expert, but I will try to help ya.. If I just add some text & optin page, Google will slap me indeed.

You need to make sure that you have Privacy Policy, Terms Of Use, Contact Us pages on your site & some outbound links to authority sites in your niche... This would help you get good quality score..

Hope that helps...

Hi Mohammad,

Thank you for your response, really appreciate that. Where are you from? Have a feeling that you are not too far away from where i live.

Anyway back to the topic...

I know that will work really well in Search temporary but I'm not entirely sure if it will work in GCN. Every campaign in GCN will be manually reviewed by a human rep. I've been hearing a lot that one way to beat the slap is to build a list and offer a free ebook (solution) to the users to their problems and upsell related products to the subscribers later on.

There are a lot of cheaper clicks in GCN compared to search and that is why i prefer GCN to Search. But it is a pain waiting for weeks to get the campaign reviewed and to find that my ads are disapproved by Google.

Does anyone has any experience in advertising an opt in page at the Google Content Network?

Anyone???

RE: Google Content Network
Its better to put all the essential pages like privacy police etc. as they are vital for quality score. Other things you can do is put some good quality articles. And yeah all these long sales pages are becoming difficult to promote as Adwords is getting really mad at them. But despite applying these tips there is nothing much you can do about it.

RE: Google Content Network
you could redirect also. have a site with alot of legit content. Make a landing page. Same Niche perferably. redirect with a link cloaker to the landing page. Unless i misunderstood. this should work fine and no slap.
