Best Keyword Research Tool?

I'd like to take a poll from the users here on their preference for keyword research tools. I'm leaning towards KeywordSpy, but am open to get some user reviews of other services.

I use keyword rockstar. It is unbelievable. It’s a closed program atm, but I think that I may be able to provide access through an affiliate link (it’s currently the only way in)

It is geared more towards the PPC marketer; I suppose it is the PPC equivalent to Market Samurai’s SEO functionality.

The support is incredible and the program itself is being updated like you wouldn’t believe, with suggestions from users being implemented lighting fast.

I use Micro Niche Finder to find good Adsense keywords and general niches. It's great and James the owner is always adding updates which is nice. For PPC campaigns I really like Ispionage. Similar to KeyWord Spy but I like the site layout better and I think the info is more current.

I havn't used market market samurai but have heard great reviews about it.

I love market samurai. $150 is just a drop in the bucket for a good research tool that keeps getting better with each new release.

Have to say I like Wordtracker the most.
Also use Keyword Elite 2.0 and Market Samurai.
I just combine them.

I'd definately have to agree, Market Samurai is by far the best i've used, however there is a small fee..

after this go to the google sandbox and try there for free KW generators.

Am also willing to know which tools others are using to develop high quality websites with great content after identifying the keywords to use for their niche websites.

I've got this same question for a while now.
Keyword Elite, Market Samurai, iEspionage, Keyword Discovery, keyword research pro etc etc I won't be interested in buying all of them and spend a few weeks or even months to test them...
Then a few days ago someone mentioned "niche bot" to me and it looks quite impressive, although not cheap at $97 per month.

Googles own tool is great.

I have KE1, market samurai, KRA pro and a few others (I am a sucker for a good sales letter..)

However, googles keyword is great and there is a great technique to getting thousands of keywords by using the google adwords suggestions.

You have to set up a campaign but you do not have to launch it.

i found 6,000 additional keywords that google says are relevant. Not bad from a starting list of less than 200!!

I use mostly Google's keyword tool using Court's method of keyword research. But I also love using Market Samurai, Keyword Research Pro and Micro Niche Finder.

A great tool for finding themed keywords for article is KRA Pro from Dr Andy Williams of ezseonews.com

it takes the keyowrds from market samurai, wordtracker and just about any keyowrd tool and organises them for you.

Great tool and he is releasing a free version very soon from what he says in his newsletter.

Market Samurai has done an exellent job for me and not hard to figure out how to work all of its features, Last month I purchased Keyword Elite 2 but it is was very hard for me to make it do what I wanted, huge learning curve and there was really no training available until now that I have found Keyword Elite training videos. I will try again.
