Wordpress Plugin To Get Free Traffic
I have installed a new free SEO wordpress plugin that you should try too. It’s an SEO plugin created by Jeff Johnson’s team, Jeff is an SEO expert and this is one of the reasons I have decided to give this plugin a try…
After installing it though, I noticed it broke something! I have recorded a video to show you how to install the plugin and fix the problem (it’s very easy when you know how). Except this little problem I have to admit that this is an excellent plugin that I strongly recommend you to install if you have a wordpress blog. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THIS SEO PLUGIN. RE: Wordpress Plugin To Get Free Traffic
Hi Vita,
Thanks for a great tutorial and useful SEO plugin, can't wait to try it. I use Wordpress for almost all my new websites, after discovering the amazing array of plugins available. I always thought of Wordpres as just a blogging platform but it's much more than that. Used with the right plugins and a decent theme it is ideal for static websites also. Talking of themes I use a software called Artiseer to create my themes. It's simple and so easy to use and to come up with a new layout in minutes. It's funny because I have used artisteer to convert a static website template to the wordpress theme I'm using on the blog reviiews.com (the one I showed in the above video). I'm also using a theme called flexsqueeze, particularly for the internet marketing niche. Vita Vee SEO DONE FOR YOU - Real People, Real Success... Read the amazing testimonials!

Ah! Two great resources at once! (Three if you include Artiseer or 4 if you include the SEO plugin)
Yes, I tool a look at flexsqueeze and Affiliate Theme and they're both great looking products that I'll surely be using shortly. Thank you SaSh and Vita Vee. I just never stop being amazed at the versatility of Wordpress when used with the right plugins and themes. MindAndMoneyMatters.com for those who know that Mind And Money Matters |

RE: Wordpress Plugin To Get Free Traffic
I am wondering if its better to choose a wordpress site for my affiliate efforts or just go with a new website on my hosting service under a new keyword dot com name. If I use wordpress can I get a good keyword URL to go with it and is that free also?
I for one am very reluctant to try a PPC campaign and hand over my dosh to mister google. http://www.worldsbestwrinklecream.mickeywest.com |

If I use wordpress can I get a good keyword URL to go with it and is that free also? A free wordpress blog hosted at wordpress.com is very strict regarding affiliate marketing. A too commercial blog will get suspended. So in this case it's always better to host a website on your own hosting service. But you can use a wordpress template for your layout. And yes, always try to register a keyword.com domain name. If you want to go for the free ride, you better choose Blogger.com for all your affiliate efforts. Blogger.com tends to rank pretty well. Hope this will help. SaSh |

RE: Wordpress Plugin To Get Free Traffic
I have used MS Frontpage (no laughing
) to build all my websites for the last 9 years. But now I have changed over to Wordpress for (most) of my new websites. Although Wordpress is not made for websites it does have some terrific advantages if you can put up with the disadvantages. Main Advantages:- 1) Great themes available, both free and paid for. You'd struggle to get great looking sites on a build-yourself basis. 2) Terrific plugins to provide (just about) any functionality that you want. My sites have 21 plugins as standard! 3) SEO Friendly Main Disadvantages:- 1) Lack of control over navigation. Difficult to get the navigation control you want and to have pages that do not appear on the main navigation menu. (Workarounds exist) 2) Lack of control over content layout. Tables, for example to format content are a nightmare. I normally make html snippets in FrontPage and then copy the html code to the WordPress Website. Doesn't always give the results you want and very unproductive. 3) Difficult to upload images. Yes very difficult to put a picture on your website. Yes, there are ways to do it but they are cumbersome. So it depends what you want your website for and to be. For a review website it's probably OK, for a 'showy' website forget it. Oh! One last thing. Make sure you get your own domain name and host the website yourself! (I mean not free hosting at Wordpress) MindAndMoneyMatters.com for those who know that Mind And Money Matters |

The "Wordpress" site that hosts free blogs. 2. The "Wordpress" technology which is called a Content Management System. #1 uses #2. When you hear someone recommend "Wordpress" for your website they are referring to #2. Hope this helps. Cheers, Rich |

RE: Wordpress Plugin To Get Free Traffic
After using Jeff Johnson's plugin, Headspace has been having problems. The Blog Title on my header graphic image is changing based on the Post Title. I uninstalled headpsace completely and it is fine. I reinstall headspace and the problem is back instantly. All-in-one seo has been deactivated after I finshed using Jeff's plugin so that couldn't be the reason. I've tried different themes and that doesn't fix it either.
Any php coders who can point me in the right direction? Bergen |

RE: Wordpress Plugin To Get Free Traffic
Hi Bergen,
Unfortunately the exact solution depends on the template you're using. You will have to make a modification to the Header.php file via the Editor tab in your wordpress admin panel. For the flexsqueeze theme for example you will have to find these lines of code: PHP Code: <h3><a href="<?php echo get_option('home'); ?>/">and change the second line to: PHP Code: <h3><a href="<?php echo get_option('home'); ?>/">Vita Vee SEO DONE FOR YOU - Real People, Real Success... RE: Wordpress Plugin To Get Free Traffic
Sorry, Vita, I'm getting a little confused. Now there are 3 good traffic getting plugins:
1. Headspace 2. All-in-one SEO 3. Jeff Johnson's Traffic Getting SEO I remember some where else you mentioned use either headspace or all-in-one SEO depending on our likes. So which one should we use now with the addition of Jeff's plugin? |

RE: Wordpress Plugin To Get Free Traffic
Jeff's plugin doesn't not replace headspace or all in one seo. Jeff's plugin only change the settings of your wordpress blog and recommend that you install the all in one seo plugin. You can see this plugin as a controller plugin, it doesn't add any feature, it just check your settings and installed plugins for best performance.

RE: Wordpress Plugin To Get Free Traffic
I'm quite new to wordpress based websites and have to say i'm quite impressed. The amount you can do without knowing any web design coding is pretty good.
Anyway... I digress... Just to add onto the above comments... I'm using two more plugins from Vladimir Prelovac called "SEO Friendly Images" and "SEO Smart Links" in conjunction with "All in One SEO Pack" and it seems to work quite good... I might have to check out headspace though... It's all about finding what works best for you... |

RE: Wordpress Plugin To Get Free Traffic
This is a great study on how to best optimize your WP installs for SEO. Just how do you know what is the best plugin or configurations for WP? Is it all trial and testing? Or is there a guide that is a proven formula so we can just use what is best?
