SEO Linkmonster - Any Good?

I got an email to join SEO linkmonster (Brad Callen) and wondered about how effective this new service is.

How easy/complicated is the part with "put in a few paragraphs of text and you are done" ?

How effective is it now, that he opens this service for the masses? (As in the past some of his products seem not to work that well anymore, once released publicly.)

Is it a blog network? Human edited? How well can they avoid spam? Will they reject articles?

Any insights are highly appreciated!
