Keyword sorting tool?

I’ve been collecting hundreds (and thousands) of keywords from multiple keyword tools (free and paid). Does anyone know of a tool (online or desktop) that will take a combined keyword list from all of these tools and delete the multiple (repeat) keywords?

There is also KRA pro which is just about to be launched as a free tool.

This is a great tool to theme your keywords.

Traffic Travis has done a great job at finding, removing duplicates, puting them in alphabetical order (if you choose to do so) and sorting them into themes it can do alot more but most importantly it is Free!

Always select some very unique and user interactive keywords like if someone wants to get information about animals,he may write pet beds,leashes etc.
Many times users put that HOW I CAN DOWNLOAD......So the Word ''How'' will be helpful keyword.
Content must be very relevant to keyword and search options
So such kind steps will be very helpful to suitable keywords selection.

I use a master keyword excel document, it allows you to delete dupes and also sort.

For keyword sorting i am always use adwordsintelligence [dot] com. This is the best tool for shorting keyword.
