Auto-blogging software on feeder sites

I wanted to automate some content publication on feeder sites that I am creating as part of a network for an authority blog. I guess first off does anyone have an opinion as to whether this is a legitimate strategy? Especially regarding duplicate content.
I have been looking at the following programs and plugins

http://www.wordpressdirect.com
http://www.autoblogged.com
http://www.wprorobot.net (this has a translator that can apparently help produce unique content)
http://www.wpmixer.com

http://www.theblogsolution.com/team/
http://www.linkfarmevolution.com/


I am sure there are more just wanted to get some feedback or suggestions.

Thanks for the links.
I don't have any experience with any of them except for wordpressdirect, which I like for the most part.
I'd be interested to learn some straightforward and informative guidelines regarding original content, and at what point content is considered to be duplicated .... (sentence, paragraph, etc.)
