Article Marketing Secrets

After reading "The Article Marketing Handbook" by Allen Graves I realised that most Article Marketers really do get it wrong myself included (until now that is).

Unfortunately, I can't reveal the secrets in "The Article Marketing Handbook" because it's condition of buying the book that you don't tell anyone! No, it's not marketing hype, it's just how it is.

I have three sites on the first page of Google, one within 4 days of buying the domain name. I'm working for a Client on another and with the SEO stuff on this website generously given freely by Vita Vee, I can see it's going to to be easy to get a ton of targeted traffic to any website.

So if you're considering Article Marketing, then I strongly recommend you go and look up "The Article Marketing Handbook" by Allen Graves.

That's my question also. Do you think it is also profitable to be applied if my website is not selling certain products or programs, and just a generally informational website which rely its income on ads (like Adsense ads) placement?

Ah! Good questions.

Good questions deserve good answers.

In a nutshell, if you are thinking about Article Marketing get "The Article Marketing Handbook" - whether you are advanced or a beginner. If you are going to to do it, do it right. It might take 20% more effort initially to do it right, but the results will not just be 20% better, more like 200% better.

Unfortunately, I can't give away the secrets in "The Article Marketing Handbook" because as I said it is a condition of purchase.

In fact inside the book, there is a REWARD scheme whereby anyone reports the sharing of the contents will receive "a refund of your entire purchase price of the book AND a lifetime membership of Website-articles.net"!

That said, the "The Article Marketing Handbook" is perfect for someone wanting to get pre-sold vistors to their website.

In this respect it is different from the SENuke system which is intended to get websites to the top of the search engines.

( I previously wrote in this Forum about the two different goals of Article Marketing which are:-

A) To build backllinks to your website,

and B) To get pre-sold visitors to your website from the Articles.

The two goals demand different approaches.

Of course following the "Article Marketing Handbook" WILL build backlinks, but will also generate direct traffic from people reading the Article. It follows, therefore that the article has to be good - very good.

The "Article Marketing Handbook" 'system' is a hand system involving research, article writing, article submission and article promotion. It can't be fully automated like SeNuke.

It's not difficult and not for experienced marketers, beginners can follow the system. But do be prepared to A) do some work and B) have your current beliefs about article marketing severely challenged!

Even Vita Vee (if he has not read the book) will be changing the way he writes and promotes his articles using SeNuke after reading through the "Article Marketing Handbook".

If you want to use SeNuke AND you incorporate the strategies in the "Article Marketing Handbook" at the same time you will have SeNuke squared. That's what I intend to do.

I gave other tips to get backlinks in my previous posts - like creating a software and submitting it to download directories. That's really powerful and should ride alongside SeNuke. (Vita Vee, have you tried it?)

Whatever system you are using to get your website up in the search engines using articles, whether you are following the "Article Marketing Handbook" method or using SeNuke, one thing matters much, much more than the method you are using.

And that is... keywords.

Keywords in your articles, keywords on your website and keywords in... your DOMAIN NAME.

Proof:-

Type these words into Google:-

meccano model plans

At No 3 place on the first page is http://www.meccanomodelplans.com

That's my son's site. There is nothing on it and he never did ANY Promotion.

Here's another:-

surin diving

It's #1 on Google (http://www.ko-surin-diving.com)

That is a website I built and then sold. Again zero promotion.

I always select my keywords first and THEN chose my domain name.

There is one called "Bid Strategy" that pertains to maximizing winning construction bids that could be adapted to any service oriented business and guarantee that they are profitable by following a simple formula by using their knowledge of overhead and labor rates.

With any article marketing I would recommend Unique Article Wizard. It's a great piece of software that automates the distribution of articles over hundreds of article networks and sites. It's a great resource for your SEO campaigns.

Actually I'm not recommending it anymore. I used it in the past (until quite recently in fact) but it's not as powerful as it was. It seems that the blogs from this network have a pretty low quality and too many outgoing backlinks.

There are better (and cheaper) alternatives like M.A.N.

Bobby Walker suggests using his Mass Article Creator to produce lots of automated production articles and sending them out to lots of directories. He says that although these articles will probably never be read, they will produce lots of backlinks resulting in higher search engine positioning. Problem I see is these articles are really "junk articles", not very readable. Won't the article directories ban someone for continually posting these poor quality articles?

Is Article marketing still a good way to get free traffic? I say this because in the last two years it has become so popular it has created a glut of article submission to article directories. I wonder if this huge glut of articles that are published reduced its once high effectiveness.

yes people can get article marketing wrong when starting out but after a few tries you will figure out to correct way to market with articles

And thanks for this gem about domain names. I've heard that it's important but I had no idea just how powerful and important it is until I saw your examples for myself. Very helpful and enlightening.

Actually after looking at how many article directories they submit (10), for the strategy I talk about in my videos it is useless.

But for more traditional article marketing that should do the job.

I have not been able to read any article generated by their software, so for this aspect I can't comment yet.

About your last question, yes article marketing is still a very good way to get traffic but you have to know how to chose your keywords.
