PPC Difficulties

How about using speedppc for your ppc campaigns? I have used it and it tends to simplify most of the ppc difficulties and therefore anyone having problems with ppc can consider trying it.

I'm trying out GCD right now and trying out a keyword with direct linking. I think it GCD would be an excellent program and I"d like to try PPC but since I am so new, I think I will just stick to SEO. I've bought a keywork research software and I still need to understand how that program fully works for me.......I'll update later

Its tough to figure out what title and description you should have for your PPC campaigns.. you want the buyers to click but not the people looking for information.

I just put up my first campaign last week and I'm experiencing moderate success, I'm just glad I'm not losing any money , Market Samurai is amazing, get very intimate with that tool

I started PPC 3 months ago and at first I thought I was gonna make a killing right off the bat... It obviously didn't happen, PPC is very dangerous if you don't have a clear idea of what you're doing. In other words, starting small is the key to success. If you find something that works over several weeks, you can always scale it up bit by bit. If you start big and overlook the trial & error phase then you're gonna get burnt in no time. One thing I realized with PPC is that you can spend an awful lot of money before you realize the extent of damage done. Marketing samourai is a very powerful tool indeed, an absolute must for PPC in my opinion. It's helped me launch my first profitable PPC campaign.

No ads showing live from my adwords account

Hi Vita

I have created new adwords account last month and created 6 different ad groups and now created 2 split tests but they just do not run and are not live.
3 from some mini sites I have created and 3 from GCD direct linking finding possible profitable affiliate products to market.
They all do not run no CTR no impressions etc. I am going through the google help center but everything is okay I have targets keywords (some using only 1 -3 keywords), the ad preview tool shows no ads, the ad diagnostics shows they are not live. The ads have been approved, eligible, have green lights and active, the dates are correct .
The CPC I increased to 5 euros to just test this but they do not show!

When I CLICK small bubble it brings up information on each keywords and says quality score and keywords: NO PROBS! The top part of it says NO it is not showing for reasons such as key word just entered but I have been trying to test this for a month!!!

What do you recommend as all campaigns are approved and some with 7/10 quality score but do not show.

I have put my ads in GCA and no solution there !

I heard adwords what is the missing part to getting my ads to show?

I have found that the Perry Marshall course was good for me - he is like the grandaddy of PPC..IMHO.

We sometimes use a "personal quote" or testimony text on some of the ads, and we seemed to get some good conversions. We're in the fishing accommodation niche (one of my clients) and we have a TV personality that quoted some stuff, so we mentioned his name and his quote, and that is one of the highest converting ads.. The TV personality is known in our country as "The Most Trusted TV Presenter" so that also helped..and we capitalized on that..

For PPC, I'm following Matt Levenhagen teaching on PPC. It's direct linking with a twist. The method is called Campaign Blasting.

It's quite suitable for beginners like me. For March 2010, i only spent about $30 and make around $215 of sales. Now need to ramp up my campaign blasting and expand my successful campaigns.
