RE: Part 6 - How To Create Niche/Authority Websites (Planning The Articles)
wow vita that's really awesome - thanks so much for sharing how you do this with us.

Could you elaborate a little more on what it is you ask of your article writer? Do you ask them to write an article about each of the article topics using ALL of the words you extracted in each article?

Thanks Vita

PS - I love the way you use Keyword Elite also, I have this program but don't really know how to use it.

I thing many people are halted from doing many things properly because even if they do have the tools, they don't know how to use the tools correctly.

Thanks for this mini lesson on Keyword Elite Smile

Great tutorial, VV. Not sure how to ask this but.. Are the KWs you selected could be considered as LSIs? Could you please also let me know where do you outsource your articles?
Will be nice to have the written instructions you send to your writer. (Too much to ask?)

Thanks for taking the time doing this.

Vita Vee, this work is the work of a master craftsman. If only there were more like you. I learnt more in 2 hours listening to you, than 18 months listening to hype and unstructured education. I would very much like to ask if Part 7 will be out before christmas. I am eager to get started on my website and will need to know how best to setup my content categories in Wordpress.

Thank you, thank you!

RE: Part 6 - How To Create Niche/Authority Websites (Planning The Articles)
Amazing videos Vitavee!! :O I am truly amazed, and glad to be! Big Grin Thanks a lot!

A question I have for this method is, what do you do if the first 3 sites in Google include a double listing, or a youtube or other video, or a Google shopping result?

for example, maybe the first two results come from amazon.com. So do you just choose one, and ignore the next one? And if the result includes a youtube video or other video should you check that one out or skip it? Same for a google shopping result that shows a lot of shopping products from different sites?

Cheers,
Infinity

Hi "vie ta vie" Wink
Thank you for your generosity.
my question: you eliminated the words that Google thought are relevant but the top 3 raking sites didn't mention.
Isn't it actually better to add those words to your site to make Google happy. or there is a reason for eliminating them?

I'm glad you mentioned that because I was thinking the same thing. I mean, if Google thinks they're relevant, then it would seem like you would have an advantage over them by including those words.

I think Vitavee said that he is going to include some of them in the article, as long as it fits in and is relevant to what he is going to write, if I'm not mistaken...

Don't worry I don't want to abandon this video series until I show you how I build my niche/authority websites. It's just that I can't spend too much time on these videos as I also have some other (lucrative) projects running at the same time.

Hmmm after rewatching the latest video I noticed that I wasn't clear enough.
I will have to record another one to give you all the little details that are missing right now.
This will answer your questions I hope Smile

We could consider that as LSI yes BUT in fact it's much more than LSI.
LSI alone, at the article level, doesn't help you to get better rankings at all. I know that some SEO experts would say that I'm wrong here but I'm sure about that.
There's a missing element that people explaining LSI never mention (or at least I have never seen it mentioned anywhere).

What is important is to think ALL your website as one single entity, no matter if you have 1 or 2,000 pages. Once you see your website as one single entity you can start thinking about LSI. And this is what I'm showing you in those videos since the beginning:

The different articles are relevant to each other, they are also relevant to the categories.
The categories are relevant to each other and they are also relevant to the domain name.

We are applying LSI on a large scale and not locally.
This makes the difference. Everything is super relevant with everything else.

I think it will be ready before Christmas, I'll do what I can for that.

Very good questions.

If there's a double listing for a domain I take both as if it was one page only (so I will have 4 pages to check or even more if the other domains also have double listings).

In reality the 2nd listing for a domain doesn't necessarily have a good ranking. It might be a rank #10 listing. As long as a domain has 2 URLs on the results page, google groups them and places them at the highest rank. But we don't know for sure what is the real ranking of the second listing. So to be safe, just include it!

About google shopping results, just skip them. Also skip google news results.

About youtube, no don't skip those pages. Take them as any other page. You might be surprised when you find one to see that actually it contains some of the related bolded words on the video page (often in the description or in the related videos field)

Very good question. Thanks for mentioning that.

Actually no I think it's not a good idea to take all those bolded words. You might think that I'm paranoid but I think that if you use them all you put a BIG footprint on your pages.
You will target a keyword and use all the related bolded words that google gives for that specific keyword. I prefer to stay away from any footprint and let google find that I'm as relevant as the first 3 spots combined Smile

Oups sorry I should have talked about it.
I pressed CTRL+F to search for the words on the pages. Then I typed the word I wanted to search and pressed ENTER. Look at the bottom of the video, you will see the search bar and the text I'm searching for.

RE: Part 6 - How To Create Niche/Authority Websites (Planning The Articles)
Vita Vee,

Great videos, I love your approach. I also found you through KE University and I hope you are picking up more followers from there.

One question. It looks like you plan to silo wordpress to create more authority. I am just about to do this on one of my sites. My thought was to use a page instead of a post as the "theme" page. but then use posts for the articles that link back to the theme page. Is that how you do it? I can't figure out another way to make that work and still take advantage to the blog features and RSS.

Regards,

Wayne
