Do you bookmark your web 2.0 properties or bookmark your own site?

My site is a 9 year old domain with a PR5 so I figured it won't matter if I just bookmark a specific page on my site?

The thing is I will be doing this 10 times per account, can anybody share their experience regarding this?

I'm just concerned about the "ban hammer" because bookmarking the same domain (eventho different pages) may look spammy.

Don't forget to bookmark inner pages and not only the index. Deep linking will help your site tremendously.

Bookmarking is use for online traffic more focused to your target market, Fast indexing is search engines, and high page ranking on search engines. It is a very powerful comper to other promotion methods.
