Vita explained some problem with the Flexsqueeze theme and the headspace plugin. I do not use the flexsqueeze but I still get the same problem Sad

I am using thesis 1.6 theme. It can be found here:

Since it doesn't have the same files as the flexsqueeze i cant modify it in the same way and i do not know any PHP coding so that makes it worse.

Anyone got any suggestions?

Just some info...I was using the flexsqueeze theme before and I did what you said in the videos but still the site name and title was being displayed the wrong way.

That's one of the reasons I switched to thesis theme. Another reason is that it is best for SEO.

Let me know if there is anything else that can be done.

I have tried to update it but it seems that the header.php file is not executed.

Even if you write a title instead of using the php code, something like:

You will not see the title that you have set.

I also tried to look at the theme code but it's not accessible from inside the wordpress admin panel (it's very different from standard themes). Instead of giving access to the theme code from the admin panel, they load external files (by using the required_once() php function) that can only be accessed/edited by using an FTP software like Filezilla. So I have not been able to change the code.

They should be more flexible, especially for a paid theme, they should give the option between blog name first or post title first.

You can either:

1/ Contact thesis support team or use their own forum to ask what you have to change.
2/ Or send me your FTP access details so I can access the files and have a look.

Headspace 2 does not work with Wordpress 3.0 at the moment, so if you are using this version of Wordpress you would be better served to use All In One SEO Pack instead.

I haven't updated any of my live sites to WP 3.0 yet - think I will wait for the usual bug fixes first and 3.1.

I updated Headspace 2 on my local machine and it appears to play nicely with WP 3.0 so far!

I am having the same issues can any one help?

I am using swift. And anytime I make switch <?php wp_title(''); ?> & <?php bloginfo('name'); ?>. It only shows up on a few pages.

I also tried to just remove "Archive" from <?php if ( is_category() ) { ?>Archive | <?php single_cat_title(); ?> | <?php bloginfo('name'); ?><?php } ?> but my changes do not show up.

Anyone know php that could help I would greatly appreciate it. Im about to blow my freaking brains out.

I figured it out.

Anyone having the same issue make sure you clear your plugin caches if you are using a WP cache plugin.

Also clear your browser's cache.

In that order.

Stupid, stupid...Anyways back to making money.
