Addon Domains and Google Rankings

Hello,

I have one shared hosting account, and I host many different addon domains within this account.
There's only one main domain and all others are treated like subdomains.

My main domain is http://www.top10hostingguide.com
one of my addon domains is skytemplate.com which is a seperate website
I can access this either by typing
skytemplate.com or skytemplate.top10hostingguide.com

My question is that does this affect Google ranking for addon domain (e.g. skytemplate.com)? If so do I have to buy a different shared hosting account for each domain?

Could you please advise.
