Questions regarding the "Co*mis*sio*bp*rt*x" thread
Hello All,

Perhaps this posts actually belongs in the thread, but since I am only asking questions and not contributing, I separated it from the thread.

From reading what everyone has written, it seems if you are not in the top 1 or 2 spots on page one of Google, you will not be successful in promoting your launches. is this true??? I was under the impression that you could still make money even if you never did achieve the number one spot. Can you not still make sales without being number one? If so, it seems there is only room for a few to succeed at this game. Can you not compete with a quality review and good bonuses?

Also, in the thread, Infinity mentioned that he had to stop promoting for a day and his ranking fell sharply and his sales dried up. Is it really necessary to be constantly promoting your blog day and night to keep your good rankings? Gee, if that is the case, there is no way I can keep up with two kids and a full time job and promoting launches too.

I would appreciate any and all feedback and actual experiences on these questions. Thanks so much everyone for all your valuable contributions here!!

Brenna

RE: Questions regarding the "Co*mis*sio*bp*rt*x" thread
Hi Brenna,

We most definitely want to be at the top of the rankings. The number 1 spot gets the vast majority of clicks. From there, the clicks drop of pretty sharply with page two getting almost none. If you're not on page one then you probably are not going to do very good at all.

Keywords that get a lot of searches are good because although we might not be at number 1, we can still get some traffic if we are on the first page.

Vita's "From 0 to profits" model centers on product launches which, depending on the product, can get an immense amount of traffic at launch day then dropping off significantly after a few days.

We most definately want to be at number 1 (Vita's model shows us how to be at number one AND two). That is what we are after here, that is the goal. You can get there by following Vita's instructions.

Doing this requires time and effort. Vita shows us how to do it but we have to be willing to put in the time for it. It is not a push button process. Many of us here have sacrificed time and sleep. It is not for everybody.

Infinity did well recently but had to give it up because of the strain it caused. I understand Infinity's problem.

Myself, I really have no choice. I have to succeed at it and I will even if I have to make sacrifices.

RE: Questions regarding the "Co*mis*sio*bp*rt*x" thread
Hi Brenna,

Smile Well, actually, you can still earn money even if you are not in the top 1 or 2 spots on page one, as long as you are somewhere on page one, and you have a detailed and good review along with attractive bonuses. I think the bonuses part is important as a lot of people look for those.

So, yes, it is difficult to compete without a quality review and good bonuses in this game, but apart from product launches, this method that Vita Vee teaches can be applied to normal niches, that aren't so competitive. It is really just a great system to get rankings in the search engines! I wish I had known how to get rankings like this when I first started out..

Well, I stopped promoting for a day, but I only dropped to spot number 2 or number 3. This is because I stopped promoting during the launch week, I think, when the competition was still hot.

Once the launch week is over, you can stop promoting safely, without fear of dropping from what I have experienced.

Right now I am taking spots number 2 and 3 for the product name and review, and spot number 1 for the bonus keyword, even though I haven't promoted for so long. So it is a fairly sustainable result. Smile

What's more, I am really surprised that even now, after the launch is over, and I haven't done anything, I am still getting sales every one or two days! If I had done 10 launches before, I think that would translate to well over a few hundred dollars in passive income daily!

So, to say in short, the initial effort you have to put in is really a lot, but after that it seems you can relax and let it happen by itself.

It is very competitive, and I am not willing to try something like that again because I think I have problem with time management and balancing my lifestyle.

But right now I am going to start using the methods in normal niche markets, which are much less competitive, and take less time, and don't require bonuses too.

So I think that the things I have learned have really opened me to a very wide range of opportunities, even if I don't want to do product launches, and have expanded my online marketing skill set.

Without a doubt, the from Zero to Profit course is really great! Smile I think it would be a good idea if Vita Vee expand the scope of the course to target niche sites, but for that he is doing a separate course which is on the way too.

Cheers,
Infinity

Good luck for your coming launch Partain! Wink

You'll surely strike it this time. Smile

Thank you Infinity!

Please keep us posted on your progress as you apply these techniques to non-IM niche sites. I am anxious to see how you do, as that will probably be the way I will have to go also. It's not that I am unwilling to work hard, its just that with 2 young boys and a full time job - I only have so many hours left to devote!
