Can we use that link? It seems to be for existing users only. Why would you not just lift an article off Ezine and rewrite that?

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately they haven't the niche what I'm looking for.
But I'll do a search on google and see if I can find a package for a couple of bucks

Links to other websites and links from other websites is one way to move your page up the rankings but if they are not relevant to the content on the site then they will work against you and the search engines will assume you are just a link farm and will move you down.

It's a balancing trick, if your site only has useful links that relate to the content of the site then they will help improve your ranking.

The same goes for keywords, if they are not reflected in the text on the page then they work against you, if they do reflect the content of the page they will be taken in to account.

Actually this is not 100% true. From my testings links coming from irrelevant websites and from irrelevant context are taken into account by all the search engines. Maybe it will not be the case in the future but today it works like that.

Right now the most important factors are the authority of the websites your links are posted on and the anchor text of that links.

I don't suggest to create a link to an internet marketing product from a health related article though

Also, in terms of doing this everyday, is this primarily when you are doing a product launch or otherwise promoting something? Or would this be good practice to do at any time? Should you continue to build onto your same accounts at the web 2.0 sites with links, or should you sometimes create new accounts linking back to your main site?

I was meaning:

Monday: senuke, article 1; MAN, article 1
Tuesday: senuke, article 2; MAN, article 2
Tuesday: senuke, article 3; MAN, article 3

It's the same spun article that I'm using with senuke and MAN.

I'm only doing this when I'm working on a promotion.
The beauty of MAN is that even if you don't submit anymore you still get new backlinks because new blogs are taking your content on a continual basis
