WP Question
Does a post count as a "page" in Search Engines eyes? Right now for my site all I have is the main blog + one post. Would this be 2 pages indexed? Or does it not count my post? I also know for a fact that my site has been indexed.

RE: WP Question
personally i've found that blog posts get indexed faster because the wp pages are mainly meant to be static without much additions. So google will probably search ur blog posts first for any edits, new posts etc... then ur privacy, about us pages.

RE: WP Question
I believe they are separate - pages (are considered static / unchanging) where as posts (updated / moving).
Also you can set your WordPress permalink structure for posts to end in .html / .htm making them look like they are static but not - some say that is a better permalink structure but as long as you have good content on there you should be sweet!.
