keyword question on step 7 from your GPS video series

I have a question for you based on step seven of your video series where you walk the viewer through setting up a site for an amazon gps product (cagpsrsystems.org). (http://keywordelite.com/ke-explosion/vit...al-words/)

In step seven you get all the related bolded keywords for your main keyword by doing a google search and selecting related searches. You then walk the viewer through finding the number of times the keywords were used on the top 3 sites.

You show us with this process in step 7 how many times to use the related keyword in your article, but my question is...How do you know how many times to use the "main" keyword in your article not just the related keywords?

Hi Devin,

I don't have any fixed rule for that, I make sure it's in the title and then I use it when appropriate in the body of the article but I don't force it.

What is important is that the article always sounds natural. As you can see in the video about "how to analyze the competition" a page without the keyword can outrank a page that uses it. More important than the page itself is the structure of the whole website.
