Google Adwords REMARKETING

Information Google Adwords REMARKETING
Hey

Did you see this:

http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin...opic=26354

Google has added a new feature called "remarketing" that allows us to follow the people who visited our sites when they visit other sites from the content network.

And this gives us the opportunity to show them our ads as long as they browse other sites that have adsense.

Very interesting concept

RE: Google Adwords REMARKETING
Good stuff! I think the announcement can only mean good things for advertisers and consumers alike. And to reiterate your point, re-targeting isn’t new, it’s just new to Adwords. The fact that Google is now utilizing this marketing technique just validates that it works. But it's also important to note that Google's content network for display ads is only the 6th largest so it's important for advertisers to run across multiple networks.

RE: Google Adwords REMARKETING
I wonder what the conversion rate is?
These will be people that were not interested in what you had when they first came to your site.

All the best

RE: Google Adwords REMARKETING
this new adwords feature is really promising, especially considering the market share of Google... For example there's a french company doing some retargeting, they told me that you need at least 300 000 visitors per month in order to use their services...i'm almost sure that with adwords you won't need that many users considering the fact that adsense is almost everywhere Smile

They also launched a very cool set of features concerning conversion tracking: http://www.rocketclicks.com/blog/google-...-unveiled/

RE: Google Adwords REMARKETING
Google are not very keen with affiliates
and if you get banned, it would be hard to get back you account
there's still other third PPC network out there like 7search
there's also pay per view network like Linksador
or even media buys like Plenty of Fish
