Yahoo Pipes is great for Feed Aggregator, especially you can create own niche feed and get updated with news.

Ya it is a bit techie, as I mentioned by here is a simple breakdown of what it can do.

1) Grab your autoblog feeds (from many sources)
2) Enter them into yahoo pipes
3) Create filters within the pipes to remove eg. duplicates, and other not needed items
4) Output new RSS feed, import new RSS into autoblog sites (there are a number of plugins that can grab items from the RSS feed and build your blog on auto pilot)
