about: Keyword allinanchor (off-page) and on-page factors..

Hey gang!

We all know that the key to winning a first page on google is about 'quality' backlinks - right!?

I'm therefore looking for software that will automate the process of gathering on-page factors (like when you type your keyword in "quotes") and off-page factors (like when you add your keyword to the allinanchor: term)

I did find one program, which I believe is potentially excellent because of its simplicity. The problem with this program is the results are coming from google usa and since I'm in the UK, I'm unable to access the keyword factors I so desperately require.

So, gang, if you know of any kind of software that can do this type of thing, I would very grateful.
